Description
Set of three limited edition collector's plates from the Songbirds of Europe series by artist Ursula Band, produced by Porzellanfabrik Tirschenreuth for the World Wildlife Fund. Hard fired porcelain with 22 karat gold rim, each plate hand painted with European songbird pairs including nuthatches and tits among branches and foliage. One plate identified on the reverse as Corsican Nuthatch, numbered 8618 G, dated 1986, with accompanying certificate of authenticity and descriptive card. Plates come with display stands; general wear only, no chips or cracks noted.
