Where is pickup?

Pickup is at 1207 Appleby Line, Burlington, ON, L7L 5H9. VERY IMPORTANT – READ BEFORE YOU BID: WINNING BUYER MUST CALL THE FACILITY WHEN THE AUCTION ENDS TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO PAY AND PICK UP THE UNIT. BUYER MUST CALL BEFORE ARRIVING AT THE FACILITY. Buyer MUST ensure the StorageTreasures invoice is PAID prior to arrival at the facility 1. Contact the facility immediately when auction ends to arrange payment for and pick up of the unit contents 2. You will not be allowed to enter the storage unit or touch any items prior to bidding 3. Storage Treasures has final say on all issues including whether to refuse a bid if a bidder has disrupted an auction or violated our Terms of Use PAYMENT AND TERMS 1. Buyers must be at least 18 years old to bid 2. You must have a Paid Invoice in order to pick up unit contents 3. If you have an Unpaid Invoice, please update your credit card in your ST account and click “Pay Now” to generate a Paid Invoice 4. If your credit card declines for payment of StorageTreasures' fees, you have 24 hours to pay said fees or the unit may be offered to alternate bidders 5. Acceptable payment types at the facility are cash, credit, debit or money order 6. You must provide a valid Photo ID to the Site Manager that matches the name on the Invoice. 7. A refundable cleaning deposit of $100, payable in cash, is required 8. Sales tax may apply. If you have a resale license, bring a copy and present before payment 9. Immediate payment is required prior to gaining access to the unit 10. Sales are final and bids are for the entire unit 11. You must bring your own lock to secure the unit PICK UP AND DISPOSAL 1. You must remove ALL contents and “broom sweep” the unit within the required cleanout time 2. You are not allowed to use the on-site dumpsters 3. Smoking is prohibited on the property 4. Please advise the manager once you have completely emptied the unit. The manager will inspect that the unit is clean and then refund your cleaning deposit 5. Do not park in customer parking 6. No pets allowed at facility 7. Respect the property, managers, tenants, and other buyers at all times 8. Firearms and legal/medical documentation are not included in the sale
